Planning For Sunlight

PLANNING FOR SUNLIGHT By Jeremy Leariwala A wise man once said, ‘Your day is never complete, until you have written the list of things to do the next day’. To him whenever you woke up without a list of things to do, you will still be living in the previous day. Think about that list as an action plan for a single day. Accomplishing any of the tasks relieves you to take up new ones and move ahead. And it also gives you something to consult periodically to evaluate your progress or performance. December 31st represents the end of a year. 1st January is the beginning of a new year and borrowing from the wise man’s words, ‘your year is never complete, until you have written the list of thing...

The Youngman's Map

THE YOUNG MAN’S MAP By Jeremy Leariwala. Young and Human: Apparently there exists a common quote that Einstein predicted “a time when the world would be occupied by a generation of idiots!” I can’t confirm the authenticity of that quote though. Human actions would be controlled by electronic technology during that time. Decision making, social interactions and communication would entirely depend on electronic technology. Being human is a very special thing. First of all no one was ever conceived for no reason! Accidents occur because something didn’t go as it should. Being human means one has a brain to decide what to do today and what to do tomorrow no matter the situation. This also means being able to think, chose what is beneficial to oneself from the various opportunit...

There is a lot of information that plays on between the past election, the future and what the upcoming election means. In the past, here at home, for example devolution and security were very common words. A notion in the minds of many voters was that devolution meant tribal governments! To them it stood for: giving communities opportunity to form their own governments. As years passed that view slowly transformed into something better. Devolution: was like bringing resources closer to the people. However; the dictionary still defines it as the transfer of some powers, and the delegation of some functions to a local government. After the last vote though there followed many new roads, new schools built, new health facilities and ambulances bought. A few local stadiums we...
